Who can order

Dream Hookah Lounge is a 21-and-over venue. By placing an order you confirm you are 21 or older. We check ID on arrival and at the table. If you cannot show valid government-issued photo ID, tobacco products will not be served and that part of your order will be refunded.

Placing an order

• Orders placed on this page are prepared at our Fremont location for consumption on the premises.
• Paying by card: your order is only created once payment is confirmed. If payment does not complete, no order is placed.
• Paying cash: your order goes to the bar straight away and payment is collected at your table. Please settle before you leave.
• Prices shown are the current menu prices and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout.
• A table number helps us bring your order to you. Without one, collect from the bar.

Payment

Payment is processed by Clover (Clover Network, LLC) on their secure checkout. We never see or store your card details. Your receipt is issued by Clover to the email you provide.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

• Hookahs are packed to order. Once preparation has begun an order cannot be cancelled.
• If something is wrong with your order, tell a member of staff before it is consumed and we will remake it or refund it.
• Unopened retail items may be refunded on the same visit with a receipt.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Health notice

Smoking tobacco, including through a waterpipe, is harmful to health. Waterpipe smoking carries risks including exposure to carbon monoxide and nicotine. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a heart or respiratory condition. Sharing a mouthpiece can transmit infection; single-use tips are provided.

Conduct and right to refuse

We may refuse or cancel service to anyone who is intoxicated, cannot show valid ID, or behaves in a way that affects other guests or staff. Where service is refused before preparation, you are refunded in full.
