The short version

We collect the least we can: what you ordered, your name, your email for the receipt, and your table number. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not email you marketing unless you ask us to.

What we collect

• Your order — the hookah, flavour, base, drinks and snacks you chose, and your table number.
• Your name and email — required by our payment processor to issue a card receipt. Cash orders need only a table number.
• Age confirmation — we record only that you confirmed you are 21+. We do not collect or store your date of birth.

What we do not collect

We never receive your card number, expiry or security code. Payment happens on Clover's own checkout page. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you.

Who else is involved

• Clover Network, LLC — processes your payment and issues your receipt, under their own privacy policy.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts this page and keeps standard short-lived server logs.

Nobody else receives your information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept in our point-of-sale system for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your age confirmation is stored only in your own browser for the current session and disappears when you close the tab.

Your rights in California

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking. Call (510) 358-2262 or email hello@dreamhookahs.com.

Children

This is a 21+ venue. This site is not directed at anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
